Harsukh Parmar brings over 24 years of leadership experience at global pharmaceutical companies including Pfizer, Roche, AstraZeneca, and Merck KGaA. Throughout his career, he has successfully transitioned more than 120 new molecular entities (NMEs) from discovery into development, and has played a pivotal role in launching several blockbuster therapies. His expertise spans multiple therapeutic areas, including immunology, oncology, cardiology, respiratory, and neurology. Harsukh has served as a key executive member on Discovery and Development governance committees at each of his previous organisations. More recently, he has supported innovative biotech and venture capital firms in advancing molecules through discovery and development. An esteemed thought leader, Harsukh has chaired and delivered keynote addresses at more than 150 industry and academic conferences, and has been recognised in Marquis Who’s Who in the World since 1990 for his outstanding contributions to science and medicine.
